Booking Policy

 

A non refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent is payable at the time of firm reservation. This is to secure your booking.

 

If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and  you will rent the apartment for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you may alternatively pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other 90% to be paid 3 months before arrival.

The balance must be paid in full, 4 weeks before arrival.
