Respect of the property

The apartment is owned by myself (R A Skilling) privately and as such I do not have funds to replace broken items. The rental money goes to help pay the apartment bills. I would therefore ask you to please replace any breakages and to report them to me ASAP.

 

As you may or may not know, Kings Palace is a very calm and quite block of apartments and does not have any bars or restaurants on site. As such it is  very important to respect the other residents, Some of whom are living there permanently, Therefore I ask you not  to play loud music after 10pm.

There are many  bars and clubs to enjoy, just a short walk away.
