Safety Notice

 

You must be aware of the following:

  • The apartment has a balcony, The balcony is protected by small narrow railings. As you are aware small children can become stuck between the railings. The balcony also has furniture such as tables and chairs, Please make sure that children are not left unattended on the balcony.

 

 

Patio doors and windows may be difficult to see in bright sunlight. It is strongly recommended that children are not be to be allowed to run in and out of the doors as this could result them being locked out on the balcony exposing them to more dangers.

 

  1. Marble floors can be extremely slippery when wet.

  2. we ask that you try and keep the marble floors dry at all times to prevent injury.

Swimming pool, The swimming pool for residents outside the apartment is not patrolled with a life guard at anytime. Therefore you must not allow children to enter the pool unattended. You must make sure that you obey all pool and safety notice around the apartment area.

 

Insurance -Public Liability Insurance is not included within the apartment accommodation. So please make sure you have adequate insurance covered before you travel.
